Within walking distance: government district, Reichstag, Brandenburg Gate, Friedrichstraße, Gendarmenmarkt, Tiergarten and the Park am Gleisdreieck, the largest shopping mall in Berlin (“Mall of Berlin”), and much more. Very easy to reach by S-Bahn and U-Bahn. Small single rooms (approx. 8 sqm) and larger double rooms on the 4th and 5th floors of the campus share two fully equipped kitchen and dining room areas with shared refrigerators, private dish lockers, as well as WC and shared showers (gender separation).

Price Structure

The prices for our accommodations are structured weekly and differ according to the number of weeks you book. We offer discounts for long-term bookings. The more you book, the lower the weekly price gets!

• Administration fee: € 80; Deposit: € 200; Kitchen Utensils Deposit: € 70
• Double rooms can only be selected when booking and arriving together.
• Our shared rooms with only 2-3 beds are available to single bookers 18 years and older; as usual in dorms, there is mixed occupancy (no gender separation).
• Best price for 20 weeks or more! Full prepayment required. Cancellation no longer possible.

Cancellation:
For bookings of up to 19 weeks, you may cancel your reservation in writing with a 4-week notice period. The cancellation fee is €100. For bookings of 20 weeks or more, the reservation cannot be canceled.

Check-in on the Sunday before the course begins; check-out on the Saturday after the course ends. Check-in on Saturday or check-out on Sunday is possible by prior arrangement for an additional fee (extension day).
